- Program management of regional evidence based family home visiting partnership within 9 county agencies in SE Minnesota
- Leads monthly meetings with supervisory and lead staff for evidence based family home visiting, to assure understanding and compliance with model requirements.
- Oversight for foundational public health responsibilities
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Performance Management and Quality Improvement
- Assists management team with community health planning initiatives, including the community health needs assessment and community health improvement planning process
- Assists with communications plan for Public Health department
- Builds relationships with community members and partners, and engages them in key public health decision making and community-driven approaches to improve community health
- Performs other duties as necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in public health, health administration, epidemiology, statistical sciences, or a closely related field that included coursework in statistical analysis. Minimum of three to five years’ experience in program evaluation, planning, data analysis, or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in public health, health administration, epidemiology, or a related field highly desired. Prior work experience in public health planning and data analysis.HOURS: 32 – 40 hours per week. Typical business hours between 8:00a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Start/end time flexible.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: Grade 13, Exempt, Non-Union
Salary : $37 - $52
