Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irvine, CA. The Scheduling and Treatment Dental Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient schedules, coordinating treatment plans, verifying insurance information, and providing a high standard of customer service. The role also includes ensuring seamless communication between patients and the dental team, assisting with treatment education, and addressing patient inquiries to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Treatment Planning and familiarity with dental procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a patient-centered approach
- Basic understanding of Dental Care practices and the ability to assist patients with treatment education
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
- Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
