Duties
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce and promote our services to potential customers.
- Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner to explain product benefits and answer any questions.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade potential customers and negotiate terms when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from potential customers for future follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and share best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the engagement process to ensure a positive experience for all prospects.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in solar, sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
