The primary focus of the Medical Biller position is to enter charges from paper superbills, Collect and enter demographic information into practice management system, to include insurance, diagnosis, cpt, and modifiers. Post insurance and patient payments. Follow up with insurance company on unpaid or rejected claims. Answer patient phone inquiries on account status and outstanding balances.
