Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corporation is currently seeking a Production Technician in Vernon Hills, IL. The Production Technician is responsible for the assembly and repair of rigid and flexible medical telescopes and industrial adapters.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assemble and repair of rigid and flexible medical telescopes and industrial adapters
• Possibly some lathe and buff work.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Aware of and comply with the RWMIC Quality Manual and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager – Optics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)
• High school diploma.
• Previous experience assembling optical parts and familiarity with GMP a plus, but not required.
• Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
• The following physical demands are required:
• Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours per day
