Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Sanitarian to join our team at our St. Louis, MO Milling location. A Sanitarian is responsible for the sanitation and equipment maintenance of the mill.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the mill and loadout areas are clean at all times
• Sanitation activities: Sweeping floors, vacuuming, shoveling, hand brushing, scraping, etc
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
• Must learn and execute basic equipment maintenance to improve production reliability
• Communicate effectively with Mill Operators and maintenance department and assist when needed
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs
• Must be willing to work a rotating shift schedule and overtime
• Ability to work in conditions with exposure to dust, noise, and temperature extremes
• Ability to communicate effectively
