What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Richardson Properties, LLC?
Concierge needed to work at our beautiful apartment community in North Little Rock. Must have an outgoing and friendly personality. Must be willing to always be courteous to our customers. Evening & weekend hours required. This is a part-time position for someone wanting to work 15 to 25 hours per week. The Concierge is responsible for monitoring the clubhouse and interacting with residents and see that they are satisfied.

| Duties: | Assist Residents with requests in the clubhouse. Monitoring the clubhouse and making sure all residents and guests are following rules and procedures of the facility. Assist residents with clubhouse equipment Be knowledgeable about the property and what it offers to our residents. The ability to meet and exceed the resident's expectations and provide services they need. Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations. Listen to requests made by residents, offering solutions and recommendations tailored to their needs. Assist with activities in the clubhouse Responsible for closing and securing clubhouse doors at closing time. Perform office duties when needed. Carry out any tasks requested by Community Director |
Qualifications: |
