To succeed as a Leasing Consultant at Bowman Pointe, you should have at least 1 year of leasing experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle basic office tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
