Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager with a passion for community and excellence to join our esteemed Richman Signature (Luxury) Team.
Position: Assistant Property Manager
Location: The Gallery at Trinity, New Port Richie, FL

Responsibilities:
- Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals
- Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
- Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software
- Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes
- Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning
- Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager
- Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies
Position Requirements:

Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:
- 2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position.
- Experience with Luxury communities and Yardi software is preferred.

Skills & Certifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
- Valid Driver’s License required
