Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude?

Position : Maintenance Technician
Location : Timberleaf
Key Qualifications : Two or more years of maintenance experience in a residential community environment, EPA I & II or EPA Universal, experience with Yardi property management software products, and a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities :
- Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy within established deadlines
- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and The Clean Air Act
- Oversee inventory and care of tools and equipment
- Complete required tasks such as training, logs, and reports in a timely manner
- Uphold company policies and provide exceptional customer service
- Seek educational opportunities for personal growth and development
- Assist in property preventative maintenance plan
- Collaborate on maintaining curb appeal and cleanliness of buildings and grounds
- Perform on-call duties and occasional overtime
Requirements :
- Education : High school diploma or GED; industry-related courses preferred
Must own basic tools as allowed by state lawsKnowledge of local, state, and federal laws, including Fair Housing LawsStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Skills & Certifications : EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license, strongly preferred. Valid Driver's License required.
Proficient in English for communication and record-keeping purposes
