Job Description:
- Willing to complete basic work orders, make readies, pools, and keeping grounds clean
- Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances
Qualifications:
- Experience as Make Ready preferred but basic knowledge of repair and maintenance required
- Provide own tools for repairs
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required
