Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Home Care Warranty Specialist I to join our team. In this position you will represent Richmond American Homes to our customers via phone and in person and will assist in remedying any Customer Service issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Works with a Home Care Specialist II/Senior Home Care Specialist to learn the warranty process. Complete CE training
- Assist with scheduling CET 13, 14, 15. Attend CET 13,14, 15 with Home Care Specialist II/Senior Home Care Specialist
- Learn how to open and close cases in the warranty system
- Responds to customer inquiries following the 4/24/7 customer response policy
- Work with construction to complete quality assurance inspections prior to homes closing
- May be assigned to oversee warranty work in a smaller/low volume community
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience
- Understand technical aspects of construction, solid communication and interpersonal skills, ability to solve problems, professional, ability to carry out tasks and resolve customer issues with direction
- Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Bonus Type: Quarterly Production
