Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire our team of technicians to deliver high-quality, timely repairs.

- Manage the daily flow of work in and out of the shop, ensuring smooth operations.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues with expertise.
- Perform thorough inspections to ensure repairs meet our high standards.
- Utilize your knowledge of shop equipment effectively.
- Embrace continuous learning and stay updated on new technical information and techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Contribute as a positive team member with attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Other duties as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For
- Master ASE certification or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role
- 8 ASE Certifications or equivalent expertise
- Degree in Automotive Technology from an accredited school
Location: Appleton, Wisconsin
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
