Sign Maker
Duties:
- Design and create various types of signs, including banners, posters, and vehicle graphics
- Operate sign-making equipment such as vinyl cutters, plotters, and large format printers
- Prepare sign materials, including vinyl, adhesive, and substrates
- Install signs at designated locations, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment
- Collaborate with clients to understand their signage needs and provide design recommendations
- Maintain inventory of sign materials and supplies
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished signs for accuracy and visual appeal
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sign making or graphic design is preferred
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or SignLab
- Knowledge of sign-making techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Physical stamina to lift heavy sign materials and perform installation tasks
