Responsibilities
- Support lawn care through mowing, edging grass, and mulching
- Preserve plant care by pruning, spraying, trimming, planting and fertilizing
- Maintain a clean outdoor environment by removing campus trash
- Keep walkways safe by seasonally removing snow and leaves
- Ability to work cooperatively with team members
- Ability to see how work impacts overall guest experience
- Attention to detail

- Strong work ethic
Education, Work Experience, and Other Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Landscaping or lawn care management experience (preferred)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Must possess the necessary physical stamina for walking/standing/working for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Ability to lift 100 pounds repetitively
- Good body mobility with good range of motion from floor level to overhead
- Able to work outdoors in varying and inclement weather conditions
- Work will include significant amounts of bending, stretching, kneeling, twisting, climbing, and lifting daily
- Must possess the ability to use hand and power tools
