Right at Home is looking for a FULL TIME/PART TIME Certified Home Health Aids to provide assistance clients in the greater St. Augustine and Jacksonville area. We are seeking a caring home health aide to support with daily tasks as outlined in a predefined care plan.

Responsibilities:
- ADLS
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
- Ensure client safety and well-being.
- Document and report any changes in client’s health status.
- Bilingual- Spanish and English a plus
PAY:
14.50/hour
Shifts typically occur between 7AM-5PM
Shift Duration 4-12 hours long
REQUIREMENTS:
- Drivers License
- Auto Insurance
- Willing to travel 30-35 minutes within the greater JAX area
- Pass a background check
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job; Bilinugal is a plus!
- CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred
