Caregiver Shifts Available: Usually range from 4-10 hours depending on client demand. You must be able to commit to 20 hours a week, with a desire to work 2-4 days a week. Preference will be given to those looking for 40 hours a week with our agency and the appropriate experience.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Companionship: provide conversation, activities, light housekeeping, run errands, and transport/accompany clients to appointments and assist with medication reminders.
- Personal Care: provide personal care assistance which could include preparing meals, bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, encouraging exercises, and grooming.
- Charting and Reporting: due diligence communicating concerns and changes in condition to a supportive office and care team members is important to ensure clients are remaining healthy and quality of life is improving, while giving loved one’s piece of mind.
Caregiver Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-years experience caring for a senior or adult
- You must be able and willing to work 20 hours a week and/or available for work 2-4 days a week
- Warmth and compassion for people under your care
- A professional appearance and caregiver who likes to be social
- Ability to competently communicate and perform assigned tasks
- Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to stoop, reach and lift in accordance with personal care situations
The Following Skills and Qualifications are Preferred, but not Required:
- NO certification required; however First Aid/CPR, CNA, HHA, certifications and experience are helpful and preferred.
