Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated in-home caregivers in Laurel, Nebraska. This role involves providing a range of personal care services to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the necessary support for a comfortable, dignified, and independent life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding if necessary
- Help with mobility, including transfers and positioning
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment
- Accompany clients to appointments or run errands as needed
- Document and report client conditions, changes, and concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Right at Home care team
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift or move clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo background checks/drug test and provide professional references
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
