Job Description:
Right at Home, a leader in providing quality in-home care, is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team in the Holdrege, NE area. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities by helping them live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Monitor and report changes in client health and well-being.
- Support clients with mobility and transferring as needed.
- Provide transportation to appointments and errands as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
- A compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
