In Right at Home, we are looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in the Detroit Lakes area. As a Home Health Aide you will be responsible for helping our clients with day-to-day tasks while they are in the comfort of their own homes.

- Provide health care services in clients residences.
- Perform domestic and household tasks.
- Transport and accompany clients to the doctor's office or the hospital.
- Administer simple prescribed medications.
- Assist with client's personal care activities.
- Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical therapies or exercises.
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Valid driver's license (not permit) and insured car that can be with you during the shifts.
- Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide (preferred).
- Nursing and health care administration skills.
- Caring and compassionate personality.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
