RIGHT AT HOME is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Caregivers in Spokane Valley. We are looking for caring, honest, and compassionate individuals to fill various caregiver positions. We prefer candidates with a Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. However, if you don't have the certification, we will provide paid training to help you become certified.
Pay Range: $18-$21 per hour (DOE & certification)

Shift Availability:
- Day shifts

Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Perform light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, and running errands.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Work primarily in the client's place of residence.
- Shift times, days, and activities vary based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not necessary. We will pay for your training to get certified and licensed.
- Previous experience as a caregiver is a plus.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and a nationwide background check.
