Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a structured daily routine for children
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Assist with diaper changes, feeding, and other basic care needs
- Encourage social interaction and promote positive behavior
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress

Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with special education principles is a plus
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and milestones
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on an individual level
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional certifications in early childhood education or related field are desirable
