Looking for a licensed insurance agent property & casualty ( *life & health is a bonus)- that is motivated to join a team of high-performing agents.
You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships from customers of the agency to new prospects. This role will be flexible in sales and customer service with a solid understanding of team building and strategies. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in high production sales and customer service. We also suggest that they have experience in CRM databases.
Qualifications
- Strong background in insurance sales and outside sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively analyze sales data and trends
- Experience in customer service and benefits administration
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and telemarketing practices
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
