Our client is a large organization that is building out its team to undergo a tech transformation. They pride themselves on fostering an environment where their employees’ voices are always heard, and they are constantly being challenged. They are looking for a Data Integrity Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data within the organization’s electronic health record (EHR) system and other information systems. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Data Integrity Analyst’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Regularly review and validate data entries in the EHR system and other databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct data audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Address data discrepancies by investigating and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all data handling practices comply with HIPAA, hospital policies, and other regulatory standards.
