Rightstone is looking for a Quality Control Inspector in Liberty, MO. The pay rate is $23/hr. for a 12-month contract, with a strong potential for renewal or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.In this role, you will ensure that rupture discs and accessories meet rigorous documented guidelines. You’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, overseeing everything from receiving raw materials to final inspections, ensuring every product meets national standards and customer specifications before it hits the field.Work Schedule:1st shift: 7AM– 3PMOT available and weekendResponsibilities:Set up andoperateCNC lathes and milling machines to produce consistent, high-quality productsDevelop, edit, andmaintainCNC programs for production ordersMaintain and update program files asrequiredRead and interpret CAD prints and machining specificationsInspect finished products to ensure compliance with CAD drawings and ISO 9001 standardsComplete inspection records and documentation supporting ISO 9001 certificationPerform routine machine maintenance, including checking oil and coolant levelsUse machining tools and supplies correctly (inserts, drills, coolant, etc.)Clean andmaintainmachines and work areasProvide backup support to other departments as neededParticipate in quality, safety, and training meetingsComplete forms and documentation to support continuous process improvementPerformadditionalduties as assigned based on workload and business needsQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDVocational training as a CNC Journeyman Machinist preferredMinimum 5 years of CNC machining experienceStrong CNC programming experienceSolid understanding of machining theory and best practicesProficiencyin math, calculations, and blueprint readingStrong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Lean manufacturing environmentsAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededRightStone is a strategic partner that works with our clients to place the highest caliber of talent for a wide range of industries and skill sets.
