## Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. ## Responsibilities - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Scan goods and collect payments - Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers - Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area - Assist customers in locating products within the store - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services - Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits - Process returns and exchanges ## Skills - Experience in retail sales, particularly in appliance, grocery, jewelry, or technology sales is advantageous - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus for better customer assistance
