Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a lead or assistant in the multifamily industry, ac certification, electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. We are seeking a candidate with a professional appearance and attitude, good communication skills, availability to be on-call, own tools, reliable transportation, etc.
