- Compliance Management
- Notify department managers of any upcoming compliance deadlines that we get notice of, eg: permit renewals, server permit expiry dates etc…

- Financial Management
- Work with ownership to set department budgets and work with department managers to keep with set budgets.
- Work with department managers on large spending approval to mitigate any company cash flow issues
- Work with managers for upcoming spending needs
*

- Human Resources
- Onboarding new employees
- Resolving issues between managers and employees
- Advise managers on employment policies
- Oversee department managers in disciplinary action
- Conduct employee exit procedures, including unemployment
- Workman's compensation
*
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
