Practice Facility Attendant - Full-Time

As our Practice Facility Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our facility is a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all. In this dynamic role, you will greet guests, ensure spaces are sanitized and organized, and you will partner with the Manager to order and manage supplies.

SCHEDULE:  This full-time role includes shifts during evenings and weekends, with the anticipated schedule currently set as Thursday through Monday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Please note that schedules may fluctuate based on our operational needs.

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and create positive environments for all visitors and guests of the Practice Facility.
• Ensure all areas used by the players and the facility staff are presentable and sanitized.
• Ahere and complete all regulatory trainings for hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure storage rooms are organized to promote a safe work environment.
• Routinely check all areas used by players and facility staff are stock with supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc.)
• Stock all refrigerators in both player and facility staff areas and partner with the PF Manager when inventory is low.
• Assist with special projects that create a safer and more inclusive work environment.
• During weekends and night shifts, routinely check the entrances and exits and record any disturbances to the appropriate party.
• Operate in an environment that has high levels of confidentiality.
  
   

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• Have a strong understanding of following cleaning procedures and adhering to Covid protocol.
• Have the ability to work with high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Are able to lift, carry or move at least 25 pounds routinely throughout the day.
• Are able to bend, reach and hold equipment frequently.
• Can be on your feet and moving around for several hours at a time.
• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper body mechanics when moving heavy objects.
• Can frequently climb stairs, move barriers and boxes up to 25 pounds.
