ABOUT THE ROLE //
An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full time Retail Store Manager to manage our Waikiki South location!

Duties include:

• Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Reporting results as required
• Managing rosters, recruitment and development
• Leading from example providing customer's with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience

• Having the availability to work a roster expected within a retail environment with extended store hours
• A crew member that has demonstrated experience in retail management
• Someone who prides themselves on delivering great customer service, not just An affinity with surfing and the board riding lifestyle and to be able to provide this lifestyle to our traveling customers
