Accounting Clerk
RiP USA, Inc. (RIP), currently has an opening for a part time Accounting Clerk. RiP is based in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, with operations throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia, Florida, and Texas. The Accounting Clerk will report to RiP’s corporate office in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong work ethic.
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in an accounting/bookkeeping position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience must have experience.
- Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to communicate with a variety of individuals.
Candidate will have knowledge of:
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of and experience using QuickBooks, Ariba, Open Invoice, Online banking, General ledger coding preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary job responsibility includes maintaining and creating customer invoices/billing and other accounting documents. Process accounts payable/data entry in a timely manner. Process online banking transactions, GL coding. Provide direct support to Management. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
COMPENSATION
$16.00 to $18.00 hourly
