Your Role:
As our Maintenance Technician, you will be the heartbeat of our community, ensuring the seamless operation and pristine condition of our luxury apartments for our active residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to uphold the high standards of our community
- Responding to resident service requests with exceptional customer service
- Maintaining inventory controls for cost-effective operations
- Reading and comprehending maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications for repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged appliances
- Completing all maintenance service requests within 48 hours and closing them in the system
- Executing the make-ready process for vacant apartments as directed
- Assisting in monitoring all work performed by outside contractors
- Providing 24-hour emergency maintenance service responses
- Carrying an on-call cell phone as required, including scheduled weekends
- Monitoring and maintaining all building systems as assigned
- Performing grounds work as directed, including picking up trash, sweeping, pressure washing, clearing dumpster areas, and maintaining the landscape
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably with luxury properties
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend Availability: Availability for weekends based on scheduling
- New Construction Lease-Up Experience: Experience in a new construction lease-up environment
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills
