Associate Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Shane Becker opened Rise Chiropractic in July of 2018 in Maple Shade, NJ. Rise is a subluxation-based office looking to serve our community through chiropractic care. We currently see an average of 370-400 visits per week and 15-20 new patients per week. Techniques that are utilized in the office include Torque Release Technique, Diversified, and Webster Technique.
In addition to Dr. Shane Becker, our team consists of four chiropractic assistants and an Office Manager. We work closely together as a team and with our patients which creates a wonderful family environment. We see patients from all walks of life ranging from pregnant mothers and kids, college students, working professionals, and professional athletes. Baseline x-rays are done on nearly all patients excluding children and pregnant women. Our care is organized in care plans that structure a timeline of adjustments, take-home stretches and exercises, reassessments, and post x-rays.

Our associate will be expected to be able to perform nearly all functions in the office including: adjusting, consultations and exams, x-rays, report of findings, and simple front desk tasks. All team members have specific tasks that are primarily their responsibility during day-to-day function but as we are a high-volume practice, it is expected that you be able to multitask fluidly.

What we are looking for exactly

Someone passionate about working closely with patients and creating relationships with patients while providing high-quality care

Doctorate of chiropractic required

Torque Release Technique Proficient or willing to learn

Webster Technique certified

Confidence when working with and adjusting children or willing to learn

Willing to commit at least two years

About South Jersey
South Jersey is a metropolitan area with no shortage of things to do. Downtown Philadelphia, roughly 15 minutes from the office, is a very fun and active city. With lots of stores restaurants, breweries, and a ton a different up and coming neighborhoods. Within an hour drive you will have access to the Jersey Shore and it’s numerous beach towns/activities! Philadelphia International Airport is 25 minutes away from Rise which allows for easy travel. If you are looking to travel for a weekend trip, New York City is 2 hours North of Rise, Pocono Mountains are 2 Hours West, Baltimore and D.C. are 2-3 hours South. South Jersey is a great place for young professionals and families alike.

Salary is 75k bonuses
