How You'll Make An Impact
We are hiring an FP&A Manager for our RPS team!
Concentrated on corporate FP&A, this individual partners with key stakeholders and Senior Management to deliver meaningful insights around financial strategy, working closely with Leadership in budget creation and cost management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the corporate FP&A team as well as key stakeholders in the divisional finance team
- Budgeting, forecasting, leading processes from beginning to end
- Partnering with the Executive Leadership team and communicating/presenting findings
- Taking initiative and making recommendations
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- 5 years of management experience
- Insurance Industry experience preferred
- Strong Corporate FP&A background
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Power Bi
- Results driven and highly motivated
- Demonstrates an orientation forward execution
- Ability to form relationships and collaborate across functions
- Team player with a 'winning team' attitude
