How You'll Make An Impact

We are hiring an FP&A Manager for our RPS team!

Concentrated on corporate FP&A, this individual partners with key stakeholders and Senior Management to deliver meaningful insights around financial strategy, working closely with Leadership in budget creation and cost management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the corporate FP&A team as well as key stakeholders in the divisional finance team
  • Budgeting, forecasting, leading processes from beginning to end
  • Partnering with the Executive Leadership team and communicating/presenting findings
  • Taking initiative and making recommendations

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years of management experience
  • Insurance Industry experience preferred
  • Strong Corporate FP&A background
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Power Bi
