Job Description : Business Analyst / Test Design Specialist

Required Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR
  • 4 years of job-related work experience, OR
  • 2 years of job-related work experience plus an associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Work Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, including developing test plans and / or test matrices.

    • Work Arrangement :

  • Partial onsite : Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite, with additional onsite days as needed.
  • Sponsorship is not available; candidates must be eligible to work without C2 sponsorship.

    • Preferred Skills and Experience :

  • Skills : Business Analysis experience.
  • Experience in :

    • Claims

  • Managed Care
  • PIMS
  • PCMH
  • DataLake knowledge

    • Key Candidate Qualities :

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Effective communication skills to support both I / S and customer-facing projects.

    • Focused on teamwork, collaboration, and delivering quality products.

  • Committed to providing exceptional support to customers.

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Support multiple clients, including providing onsite services when needed.
  • Make recommendations to clients on improving testing activities.
  • Track and report on quality assurance metrics.

    • Work Schedule :

  • 5 days per week.
