Our client, a top-tier Management & Strategy Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Strategy Consultant .
Qualification & Responsibilities :
- Lead strategic client engagements, focusing on Wealth Management business strategy, digital strategy, and transformation initiatives.
- Play a key role in projects such as developing market entry strategies for Wealth Management practices.
- Develop and contribute to thought leadership, including domain expertise and capability development, and actively participate in client pitches.
- Drive and execute large-scale transformation programs covering people, policy, process, and technology, with direct exposure to senior client management.
- Shape industry insights by creating content and leading discussions on the future of Wealth Management and financial services.
- 8 years of experience(Principal Consultant) and 4 years of experience(Senior Consultant) in Financial Services and / or a professional consulting firm.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Expertise in advising and implementing change projects as part of strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Wealth Management, client onboarding, payments management, or security-based lending.
