About the Role:
This is more than just a desk job—it’s the heartbeat of our service department. You’ll be the go-to contact for customers and the key link between technicians, project managers, dispatchers, and inventory teams. Your mission: keep everyone in the loop, keep the projects moving, and keep the customer happy.
What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a helpful, solutions-focused attitude
- Communicate project updates clearly and promptly to all stakeholders
- Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery
- Track job statuses and proactively follow up to keep everything on schedule
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as their trusted point of contact

- Strong background in customer service, dispatch, or account coordination
- Friendly, confident communicator who can juggle multiple conversations and priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through—you don’t let things fall through the cracks
