Job Summary:
Manage customer service appointments and offer support to both sales staff and warehouse.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
*Calling customers to schedule service appointments in a timely fashion.
*Keeping an updated service calendar at all times.
*Organizing and prioritizing all paperwork and keeping it updated and filed.
*Working closely with sales staff on any changes to service orders.
*Working with the warehouse to pull inventory and have it ready in a timely fashion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2.Experience with RFMS software is a plus!
3.Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
4.Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
5.Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
