Rite Window, part of the Renuity family of home improvement brands, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Measure Technician to join our growing team serving the South Shore of Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll be the critical link between our sales and installation teams—ensuring every window, door, and bath project is measured with accuracy and care. You’ll travel to customer homes, interact directly with homeowners, and help set the stage for flawless installations. If you enjoy working independently, have construction experience, and know your way around a tape measure, this is your chance to join a company with high earning potential and upward mobility.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel to customer homes to measure windows, doors, and bath spaces for replacement installations
• Read and interpret tape measurements with precision
• Document all measurements and job-specific construction notes
• Answer homeowner questions about products and installation expectations
• Communicate clearly with installers and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage your schedule efficiently to complete all assigned visits on time
  
  

What You Bring

• 3 years of experience in construction, window/door installation, or a related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assess unique construction situations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the South Shore area
• Proficiency with tape measures and basic construction tools
