Currently we are seeking full and part time team members to staff our fitness front desk. This position plays a crucial role in being the welcoming face of all who enter the fitness center. Our facility features cardio equipment, free weights and strength machines, outdoor pool access, and a full group fitness schedule and team of personal trainers.
Responsibilities include overseeing desk operations, working shifts as an attendant, and ensuring that our members and guests receive exceptional service. You will deliver precise and efficient fitness desk services, including accurate billing, prompt responses to inquiries, and a keen focus on member safety. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing coffee inventory, ensuring accurate member sign ins, and replenishing member amenities as needed.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer service-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational, computer, and communication skills. If you have a college degree or equivalent education/experience, experience in customer service or a related field, and a background or interest in sports/fitness, we want to hear from you!
