The Work Management Specialist is responsible for supporting construction and maintenance operations by ensuring work is efficiently scheduled, tracked, and executed. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to construction and maintenance teams.
- Ensure timely scheduling and execution of work orders.
- Use systems and tools to communicate updates, changes, and status reports to team members and leadership.
- Maintain daily updates to work management systems with current job status and details.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external teams.
- Assist in the reconciliation of labor, materials, and equipment costs on work orders to ensure field accuracy.
- Support error resolution and close-out of construction work orders in the work management system.
- Process invoices.
- Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and support project documentation as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality with sensitive company and employee information.
- Continuously build job knowledge related to construction standards, prints, compatible units, and field operations.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations
