What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Riverbend Center for Mental Health?
Selected candidate will provide Nursing Services to mentally ill consumers in the home environment. Candidate work as a member of a team, Nurse/Case Manager. Individual will provide health assessment, obtain history and physical information, monitor vitals, schedule and provide injections, and refer for additional health care services as indicated. This is a Monday through Friday day shift position. Position involves compensated on-call coverage. Selected candidate will have an active unencumbered license to practice nursing in the State of Alabama. Individual will be required to submit to post-offer drug screening and criminal back screening. Individual must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
