Health Center Server

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Servers to join our team at RiverMead. As a Health Center Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents in our Health Center are met, providing exceptional dining experiences, and promoting overall well-being.

As a Health Center server, you will take and deliver orders to residents. You will also offer menu suggestions based on their preferences and prescribed diets and answer residents’ queries about menus.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain food temperature and quality throughout the meal service

• Complete menus for residents who need assistance

• Learn residents' food preferences and dietary restrictions

• Timely and courteous service and accuracy of meals

• Assist with setting up and breaking down functions

Qualifications:

• Takes oral and written instruction well

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Trustworthy

• Strong communication skills

• Minimum of two years of high school required
• Experience preferred.
