Job Functions:
* Performs maintenance and repair of slot machines, slot machine parts, and other gaming related equipment.
* Participates in installation, movement, and removal of gaming related equipment.
* Communicates and coordinates activities with various departments, state agencies, and vendors.
* Maintains a constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered by Rivers Casino and informs guests.
* Maintains proper gaming logs in order to comply with state or internal regulations.
* Ensures the safety and security of all guests and team members.
* All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* A thorough knowledge of Company and departmental policies and procedures, as well as pertinent state gaming laws, is also essential.
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years electronic degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance.
* Present a clean, well-groomed appearance.
* Fundamental oral and written communication skills.
* A good public appearance is mandatory.
* Have a cooperative and friendly nature.
* Pennsylvania Gaming License required.
* Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
* Ability to be a TEAM player
* Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
* Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
* Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
