RCH houses the largest Emergency Room and Trauma Center in the Inland Empire at 50 beds with an average wait time of only 15 minutes. RCH is one of Riverside County's only STEMI receiving centers and is a fully accredited Chest Pain Center. Centers of Excellence include the HeartCare Institute, offering invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures, Center of Excellence for Surgical Weight Loss, the Transplant Program and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Position Summary:
Under direction of the Radiology Shift Coordinator, performs a variety of nuclear studies and a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures utilizing radionuclide materials.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Licensure/ Certification/ Registration:
CNMT, ARRT NM, or NMTCB registration
EKG
BLS
Education:
Graduation from an AMA approved school of nuclear medicine.
Experience:
One to Three years experience in as a Nuclear Medicine Tech preferred.
Special Qualifications:
Ability to understand how to input and retrieve data into and from computers.
Knowledge of radioactive materials
Ability to speak, read, write, read, and communicate in English.
