Latino Commission is seeking Compassionate Clinical Therapists to join our growing mental health team. We provide high-quality outpatient and school-based services to students in grades K–12 and their families, helping them thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to students and families.
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with school teams, parents, psychiatrists, and community partners to support client care.
- Offer teacher consultations and classroom-based intervention strategies.
- Participate in school-site and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Maintain strong working relationships with local resources and agencies.
- Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and reports.
- May conduct 5150 evaluations, crisis assessments, or Tarasoff notifications as appropriate.
- Provide guidance to volunteers or support staff when needed.
Education & Supervision
- Master’s degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- We provide clinical supervision to support your hours toward BBS licensure.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related behavioral health field (required).
- Active California BBS registration in good standing
(please include your registration number when applying).
- New graduates are welcome—must obtain registration within 3 months of hire.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
- Comfort with basic technology (Zoom, Outlook, Google Drive, Excel, etc.).
- Valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).

Pay: $76,960.00 - $93,600.00 per year
