Job Summary:
The MDS Coordinator (RN) is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal requirements. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the MDS assessment
- Work collaboratively with the business office and therapy department
- Assist in policy updates and ensure facility compliance with RAI regulations
- Participate in facility surveys and ensure timely completion of MDS assessments
The ideal candidate will have a current and active license to practice as an RN in this state and at least 1 year of experience in the RAI process. A minimum of 2 years of long-term care facility care experience is preferred.
Salary : $45,000 - $54,000
