BDC Service Specialist

Job Overview:

The goal of the BDC Service Associate is to set appointments for our Retail Sales Divisions. Pay will be an hourly rate plus a generous commission for each appointment that results in a sold unit. This position requires self motivation and the ability to stay on task with little or no supervision. Only career oriented individuals need to apply as our Retail Sales Associates rely on this team to produce leads for potential sales.

Key Job Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls for several franchises
• Commit to increase customer satisfaction with each customer interaction.
• Compose grammatically correct emails and be able to communicate effectively via phone
• Set targets for lead generation targets, ensuring follow up and customer retention.
• Learn and maintain product knowledge criteria set by the manufacturer
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Professional demeanor and work ethic with both internal and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work professionally and effectively with others
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

This position may require evening shifts, weekends and holidays as we are open 363 days per year.
