We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician for our Sunbelt Mobile Home Park located at 400 Centre Blvd. Greenville, SC 29605.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Maintenance Technician Job Duties

Upkeep curb appeal and maintenance of the community
Pick up trash around the community
Grounds keeping such as lawn mowing, planting, weeding/weed eating, etc
Complete maintenance on equipment and tools within safety guidelines
Complete work orders in an efficient and timely manner
Adhere to all safety regulations
Basic plumbing, willing to train

Maintenance Technician Requirements

1-2 years of experience in groundskeeping/landscaping or general maintenance labor skills
Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
Need to be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
Basic computer skills, i.e. email and internet
Specific maintenance knowledge/skills will be tested for accuracy.
