We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our Mobile Home Parks located in the Roseville, Minnesota area.
Roseville Estates Mobile Home Park, LLC (located at: 2599 Lexington Ave N Roseville, MN 55113) and Terrace Heights MHP, LLC (2442 Rice Street St Paul, MN 55113)
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build relationships
- Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
- Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
- Comply to company home standards and manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - “thinking like an owner”
- Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise
- Plan and execute quarterly resident events
- Set high standards for themselves and their team
- Maximize the communities’ profitability
- Work with integrity and honesty
- Work calmly under pressure and be able to follow through on commitments
- Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
- Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
- 3 years of experience within management, preferably in property management/mobile home property management
- Must be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
- Must be willing and take initiative to seek out details and information
- The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization and systems but is adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Computer proficiency, including the Google Suite and experience using Manage America, preferred
